1. Who Margiyo Is For
Margiyo is intended primarily for business users, including Amazon sellers and people evaluating Amazon seller financial activity.
You may use Margiyo only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms and your use is permitted by applicable law.
2. The Current Margiyo Service
Margiyo is currently a validation-stage analytics product.
The current Free Snapshot analyzes an Amazon Payments Transaction Report CSV selected by the user. The analysis is designed to process that CSV locally in the user's browser. The CSV itself is not intentionally uploaded to Margiyo's servers as part of the current Free Snapshot flow, and no Seller Central connection is required.
Margiyo may also allow users to provide an email address in connection with the Free Check or to express interest in future Margiyo features.
Any reference to a future Full Audit or other planned feature describes something that may be developed later. It is not part of a currently sold service and does not create a commitment that a particular feature will be released.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you choose to analyze with Margiyo.
You must have the right or authorization to use that data and must use Margiyo in compliance with applicable law and any obligations you have to Amazon or other third parties. Margiyo does not independently verify ownership of or authorization to use each report selected by a user.
You are also responsible for evaluating Margiyo's output before making business decisions based on it.
4. What Margiyo's Analysis Means
Margiyo analyzes the information available in the selected report and may identify patterns, relationships, changes, or areas that appear worth reviewing.
For example, analysis may involve Amazon-side activity such as sales, selling fees, fulfillment-related costs, refunds, storage-related costs, product-level cost patterns, or changes relative to sales or prior periods.
A signal from Margiyo does not, by itself, mean that:
- Amazon made an error;
- a fee or charge is incorrect;
- an amount was overcharged or is recoverable;
- an unfavorable number represents lost profit; or
- the observed relationship establishes the underlying cause.
Some findings require additional investigation or additional data before their meaning can be determined.
The Amazon Payments Transaction Report also does not necessarily contain all of the information required to determine complete business profitability. Costs such as COGS, advertising, freight and inbound logistics, labor, software, and other operating expenses may materially affect the result.
Margiyo is intended to help users examine their business data more effectively. It is not a substitute for the user's own business judgment.
5. No Professional Advice
Margiyo provides business analytics and informational output. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.
You should use appropriate professional advice when a decision requires expertise in one of those areas.
6. Amazon Independence
Margiyo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Amazon.
Amazon and related names, trademarks, and other brand references belong to their respective owners. References to Amazon are used to identify the marketplace, reports, fees, and other subjects that Margiyo analyzes or discusses.
7. Permitted Use
You may use Margiyo and the Free Snapshot for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- use Margiyo for an unlawful purpose;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to compromise the site or its systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or areas of the service;
- use automated methods in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service or interferes with its normal operation;
- circumvent technical measures intended to protect the service;
- copy, modify, or reverse engineer Margiyo software except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted; or
- use Margiyo in a way that infringes or violates another person's rights.
9. Intellectual Property
Margiyo's original website content, software, visual presentation, branding, and other original materials are owned by Plus One Interactive LLC or its licensors and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law.
These Terms do not give Margiyo ownership of your Amazon reports or other data you select for analysis.
Nothing in these Terms claims exclusive ownership over ideas, facts, methods, algorithms, systems, or other material that is not protectable under applicable intellectual property law.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Margiyo may use third-party technology or provide references or links to third-party services, including services operated by Amazon, Google, or Microsoft.
Those services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Margiyo remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations; this section does not waive responsibilities that applicable law places on Plus One Interactive LLC.
11. Service Availability and Changes
Margiyo is currently being operated as a market-validation MVP. The product may evolve as Margiyo learns how sellers use it.
We may add, change, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or the service itself. We do not guarantee that Margiyo or any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
Like other software, the service may occasionally experience bugs, interruptions, or technical problems.
12. Accuracy and Service Disclaimers
Margiyo's analysis depends on the information available to it and on the assumptions and analytical methods used by the service. Results may be incomplete, may require additional investigation, and may change when additional information is considered.
Margiyo does not guarantee that every fee, cost, pattern, or signal identified by the service represents an actionable problem, or that using Margiyo will produce a particular financial or business result.
Except for any express commitments in these Terms, the current service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's particular business situation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plus One Interactive LLC and Margiyo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Margiyo, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or losses resulting from business decisions made in reliance on analytical output.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Because Margiyo's current service is free, these Terms do not impose an artificial liability cap based on subscription or service fees.
14. Restricting Access or Discontinuing the Service
Margiyo may restrict or block access to the site when reasonably necessary to address misuse, unlawful activity, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
Because Margiyo currently does not use user accounts, there is no account-termination process.
Margiyo may also suspend or discontinue the MVP as described in Section 11.
15. Privacy
Margiyo's handling of personal information is described in the Margiyo Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Margiyo changes.
When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the website and update the effective date above. Your use of Margiyo after updated Terms become effective will be subject to the updated Terms.
